Born and raised in Hong Kong, Adrian completed his Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Bath (United Kingdom), before moving to Australia to pursue his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Bond University.
Playing competitive Rugby and Golf throughout school and university, Adrian is passionate about all aspects of Musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Through working for the Hong Kong National Rugby Team along with the Gold Coast District Representative Rugby Team, Adrian has gained valuable knowledge and experience on various sporting injuries. With a special interest in knee osteoarthritis, Adrian plays an active role in several research projects at Bond University. Adrian also works closely with Gold Cost Knee Group in assisting athletes with returning to sports following their knee injury.
